Founded in 1988, we have a factory covering 16,000 square meters.

Main business: designing and manufacturing precision plastic injection moulds, plastic 2-shot injection moulds, plastic over moulds, plastic laminated injection moulds, alloy die-casting moulds, bakelite injection moulds; high precision plastic product molding, die-casting part molding and other products.

Services: products appearance design, product structure design, mould design, mould making, plastic injection molding, die cast molding and other services.

Production capability: 3600 sets of moulds with 200,000,000 RMB turnover (USD26.7 million) each year.

Technology capability: We have 400 engineering designers who have many years' design and practice experience. Our engineers are arranged to attend MBA training courses group by group. We have around 250 mould building specialists with above 10 years' mould building experience, 120 mould assembly workers attained the National Technician Certificate. All of our workers are arranged to attend periodical training course opened by our factory or the Mould Association. With high quality discipline, rich work experience and strong technology strength, our workers are good at building complicated structure moulds.

Advanced technology: We are experienced in the technology of hot runner, mold flow, gas-assisted molding, micro-foam molding and steam-assisted weldless injection mould design.

Tooling equipment: 36 CNC machining centers, 60 EDM machines, 56 wire cut machines, 86 milling machines, 36 grinding machines and 5 die spotting machines.

Inspection equipment: co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM), 3D scanners, profile projectors, Rockwell hardness gauges and precision height gauges.

Molding equipment: plastic injection machines: 108pcs, 80MT-2400MT; die casting machines: 26pcs, 60MT-800MT; bakelite molding machines: 20pcs, 100MT-300MT.

Quality assurance: all of our manufacturing and inspection are carried out strictly according to international mould technology standards of HASCO, DME and FUTABA. Our pursuit of quality is perfect quality.
